Our new „Lead & Event Marketing“ team set-ups a consistent, 360 degree lead management strategy based on a powerful platform. Besides leveraging our event marketing channel, the team will also build new lead-generating channels. We are looking for an experienced leader to build and run the team.
- Develop and lead the demand generation strategy and programs to drive pipeline for the SMB segment.
- Implement data-driven management of the sales / lead funnel and optimize campaigns / programs to drive awareness, interest and conversion.
- Develop and implement the event marketing strategy and manage all events for IONOS.
- Create and run marketing campaigns for Small business leads that are effective at delivering and nurturing leads at scale.
- Lead and develop a team of event and lead marketing professionals.
You are excited about Lead Marketing, Events and Customer Relationship Management technologies and are keen on using data to optimize lead marketing campaigns. Ideally, you have multi-year management experience and a good understanding of Hosting, Cloud and/or SaaS products.
- Several years experience in generating demand for B-2-B oriented and global operating companies, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Experience driving pipeline growth at scale, with accountability for converting leads.
- Keen understanding of the marketing funnel, with experience developing campaigns and programs to create, capture and qualify demand throughout the funnel.
- Experience in event management, especially with focus on running events ROI oriented.
- Fluent German and English written and spoken.
